We also offer free shipping on orders over $100.
You can view order status on your account page, which will be updated as soon as you are charged and again once your order ships. Please note, processing timelines may be longer during higher volume seasons (like Mother’s Day, Black Friday, and other holidays).

Unfortunately orders cannot be changed after they are placed. However, please email us at info@sunsoakla.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
We offer a 14-day return policy. At this time, returns are subject to a flat $10 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
